Hamare sharir (body) me jab bhi koi kitanu(germs), jivanu(Bactereia) or vishanu(virus) parvesh karta hai to hamara body use marne and door bhagane ki puri koshish karta hai.

Sath hi sath hamara shareer ek vishesh tarah ka padaarth(matter/thing) banata hai jise vaigyanik jagat(Scientific world) me antibody (pratirakshi kan) kahte hain.

Immune system types hindi: Isme hamare sharir ki vibhinn(different types of) cells bhaag leti hai jaise:- white blood cells (shwet rakt koshikaye), Lymphocytes, Erthrocyte, competent cells etc.

Pratirakshi kan(Antibody) hamare body ke sainik hote hain. Jis tarah desh ko sena me alag alag regiment ya batallion hote hain, usi tarah hamare sharir me har bimari se ladne ke liye alag alag antibody hote hain.

Ye Antibody puri tarah protien ka bana hota hai. Isliye sabse pahle to hame apne khane me protien ki maatra(Quantity) badhani hogi.
