Kitab padhne ke fayde:-
Apne pichhli baar kab koi kitab padha tha? Haan yaad karo! fir batana. koi jaldi nahi hai. 😋. Tab tak chalo hum aage Kitab padhne ke fayde ko jante hain.
Kitabe hamari sabse achhi dost hoti hai. Na koi shikayat karti hai aur na hi koi maang karti hai. Bas saath deti hai.

Isse pahle ki kitab padhne ke fayde bataun, mai ye bata dena chahta hun, ki mai yaha sirf school, college ya university ke books or students ke bare me baat nahi kar raha hun.
Mai un kitabo ke bare me baat kar raha hun, jo apki sari uljhano aur tanav(tension) ko door kahi waadiyon me le jakar chhor deta hai.
School/college ke Math, biology, economics, history e.t.c jaisi kitabo se hatkar bhi kitabo ki aisi duniya hai, jis duniya me jakar aap taazgi aur romanch bhari zindagi Paaoge, rochak jankari haasil hogi aur kamaal ka anubhav(experience) bhi milega.
Kitab Padhne Ke Fayde(Benefits of Reading)
Albert Einstein ne ek martaba kaha tha:-
“Only Source of Knowledge is Experience.”
“Jankari ka ek akela jad Anubhav hai.”
Ham do tarah se gyan paa sakte Hain:-
- Khud ke anubhav se
- Dusro ke anubhav se
Jab ham kitabe padhte hain to hum dusro ke anubhav se, tazurbo se seekh rahe hote hain.
Kitabo me duniya ke kuchh mahaan logo ke paryog aur anubhav se li gayi jankariyan likhi hui hoti hai.
Aajkal to zamana digital ho gaya hai. Aap naye naye ideas aur jankari kahi se bhi le sakte ho. kitabo ke alawa, e-book, magazine, online article, blog e.t.c se.
To chalo ab jaldi se ham ye jante hain, ki hame kitabe kyun padhni chahiye?
1)Dimaag sakriya hota hai (Activate your brain)
Psychology ke shodh ke anusar, Jab ham kitabe padhte hain to ham alag alag kahaniyan, logo ki zindagiyan aur ideas ko padhte, jante aur samjhte hain.
Jisse hamara dimag khulta hai, active ho jata hai. Ab tak hamara dimag jo ek simit(limited) tak hi soch sakta tha, wo ab brain cells ko jodkar apke sochne ke dayre ko failata hai.
2) Tanav kam hota hai (Reduce Tension / Stress)
Padhte samay jab aap kitab/kahaniyo me kho jate ho, tab aap apni duniya ki ki sari dukh-taklifo, ladai-jhagde, sangharsh e.t.c ko bhool jate ho.
Jisse aap relax, Shaanti aur achha mahsoos karte ho. Aur is tarah rozana padhne ki aadat apki tension, tanav aur din bhar ki thakaan ko door kar deti hai.
Isliye, apni thakaan, tension aur stress ko dur karne ke liye har din apna pasandida upanyas(novel), kitabe, ya blog padha karo.
Aap mere is blog(Thorahatke.com) ko bhi har din padh sakte ho. Yaha jis vishay(topic) ko bhi padhna chaho, jivani(biography), kahaniyan, sehat, daulat, kisi mahan vyakti ki kathan(quotes) e.t.c aap padh sakte ho.
3) Kalpana shakti badhti hai (Improve Imagination power)
Jab aap koi upanyaas or kaalpanik kitab ko padhte ho to uski kahani, dilchasp aur anokhi ghatnaye, uske paatra(character) zehan me utarne lagte hain….
…Aur use pura padhe bina hi uske natize/nishkarsh(conclusion) ko samjhne ka paryaas karne lagte ho. Ya samajh jate ho ki aisa hoga or ye hone wala hai.
But, us kitaab ka end jo apne socha ya kalpana ki hoti hai, wo na hokar kuchh aur hi hota hai. Jisse aap ke man me ye idea aata hai ki, is novel/book ka end aisa bhi ho sakta tha.
Yahi apki Kalpana shakti Ko badhati hai aur saath me vishleshan chhamta aur rachnatmakta(creativity) me bhi izaafa karti hai.
Apki soch ki duniya badhti hai. Aap alag alag chizo ko bhi soch paate ho. Aap pahle se din prati din paripakv (mature) hote jate ho.
4) Samasyaon ka samadhaan (Solutions of Problems)
Kitabe har subject par likhi gayi hai.Har tarah ki kitabe jeevan ki alag-alag pareshaniyo ka hal liye hoti hai.
Jaise khaana banane ki kitab(Cooking book) apko khana banane ki kala sikhati hai aur bhukha sone se bachati hai.
kanooni kitabe apko jurm se chhutkara dilati aur kanoon ko samajhne ke madad karti hai.
Sehat sambandhi kitabe, sehat se judi pareshaniyo aur beemariyo ka samadhan deti hai, vyapar ki kitabe apko business karna sikhakar paiso ki chinta door karti hai.
5) Shabd bhandaar behtar karti hai (Improves Vocabulary and English)
Jis country ki main language English nahi hoti, waha ke jyadatar logo ko hamesha angrezi me problem hoti hai.
Hence, rozana padhne se aapka naye naye shabdo se parichay hota hai.
English upanyaas or kitabe padhne se aap Shabd, vyakhyan(statements) aur vyakran(grammar) seekh sakte ho. Isse hamara Shabd bhandaar(vocabulary) badhta hai.
English kitab uthao aur ise padhna shuru karo, dictionary sath rakho ya mobile me dictionary open karlo. Ye apke kisi English course ya coaching se judne ke paise bhi bacha lega.
Jis words ya muhawre(idioms) ko aap nahi jante ho, use dictionary ya Google me search karlo. Fir aage padhna shuru karo Simple!
6) Prerna deti hai (Give Inspiration)
Agar aap bada banna chahte hain. Kuchh alag aur achha karna chahte hain. To kitabe sabse pahli chiz hai jo aapko is kaam me sabse jyada madad karti hai.
Apko iske liye kitabe padhne ki aadat jarur dalni chahye. Niyamit roop se kitaab padhna apke liye sabse badi prerna-srot(source of inspiration) ban sakti hai.
Sabhi successful logo ke jeevan-shaili par nazar(lifestyle) daale to kitab padhna unke jeevan ka atoot hissa raha hai.
Aisa karne se unhe hamesha sakaratmak(positive) sochne aur kuchh naya karne ki prerna milti rahti hai.
7) Yaad-daasht tez karti hai (Increase Memory Power)
Jab bhi aap koi novel ya kahani ki kitaab padhte ho, to uske kirdaar, prishth-bhumi(background) aur usme likhe numbers apko kaafi din tak yaad rahte hain.
So, rozana padhne ki is aadat, apki yaad karne aur yaad rakhne ki chhamta ko ka vikaas karti hai. Har din apki Yaad-daasht pahle se behtar hoti jati hai.
8) Naya nazariya deti hai (Give a new Perspective)
University of Toronto me hue ek shodh(research) ke anusar, aise logo ko, jo chhoti kalpanik kahaniya(Short fiction story) padhte the. use ek group me shamil kiya.
Aur dusri taraf aise logo ko, jo sirf non-fiction nibandh/kitabe(biography, self help) padhte the, ekatrit kiya.
Study karne walo ne paya ki, jo kaalpanik kahaniya padhte the, unka nazariya pahle se alag hai. Wo khule dimag wale & nayi soch wale hain. Jabki sirf nibandh padhne walo ke sath aisa nahi tha.
8) Dimaag ko sehatmand rakhti hai(Reading Keeps Your Brain Healthy)
Jis tarah exercise ko swasth banata hai, usi tarah kitabe dimag ko swasth banati hai.
Kyunki kitabo me bahut tarah ki ghatnaye, chize, numbers hoti hai, jo dimag ke neurons ko jodti aur banati hai.
Isse dementia aur Alzheimer (2) jo age badhne ke sath hone wali beemari hai, iske hone ka khatra kam hone lagta hai.
Jitna aap jyada dimag ka upyog karenge, utna hi is beemari ko hone ke chances kam or naa ke barabar honge
9) Buddhiman Banati Hai (Reading Makes You smarter)
Kitabe/blog padhne par ye apka hi ek behtar roop banati hai. Jis topic ko aap kuchh padhna/janna chahte hain, use padhne se aap pahle se jyada samjh aati hai.
Jaisa ki aap jante ho kitabe hi apko gyan aur soochna(information) deti hai jo bahut hi laabhdayak(beneficial) hoti hai.
Jisse apko zindagi ke har pahlu ko janne, samajhne ka mauka milta hai. Aapko apni zindagi me kamyabi dilata hai. Aage badhne me madad karta hai.
In sari chizo ke bich me ye apko ek buddhiman aur tez vyakti banata hai.
10) Achhi Neend Laati hai (Make you sleep well)
2013 me Georgia ke Emory University me hue ek adhyayan(study) me yeh samne aya, ki raat me sone se pahle kitaab padhne se apke mood me sudhar hota hai aur aap tanavmukt hote hain.
Puri duniya me bahut logo ko neend na ane ki samasya hai. Kitabe padhne ki aadat apki is badi problem se nijaat dila sakti hai.
Study me bataya gaya hai, ki padhne se tanav ka astar(level) 68% tak kam ho jata hai. Yadi aap sone ke samay me kitabo ko padhna ki aadat shaamil karte ho to aap khud ko behtar neend dene me madad kar sakte hain.
Kitabe sampurn roop se Manoranjan hai ; koi Vigyapan nahi, koi battery nahi, har dollar ke badle ghanto ka anand.
